Once a new patient has been included and the baseline quality of life assessment is completed, randomisation is performed via the following link:

After completion of randomisation, the prinicpal investigator at the site of randomisation will receive a confirmatory notification per email. (The Coordinating investigators and montoring unit will be cc:d). Please keep a copy of this notification (pdf) in a separate folder on site.
